Smoked goat can be a delicious AND nutritious treat ...... even for Clergymen
Â
I've enjoyed smoked salmon and kippers but I'm not too sure about goat. The goat that I ate in Greece was certainly not.
That goat must really like whatever was making the smoke. Thanks John.

Goats are notoriously troublesome to smoke, the rolling papers must be special ordered and just keeping goat lit is practically un-doable.....
Most of us would settle for the Greek Restaurant over on 14 ave.....YOU,on the other hand, dine at the sourceÂ
Â
We dine as opportunity offers. I've had excellent goat in Detroit and Toronto also. I'm having a hard time imagining goat shredding enough to fit in a toke.
Â
@david-green, we were on Thassos Island in Greece in 2016. We ate at a diner in a remote village up in the hills. They had goat's head on the menu and I just wasn't adventurous enough to order it.Â

This begs the question....what DO goats eat when they get the munchies?

"look at the HEAD on that one !!!!"...........if your proffered dinner came from the goat in the video, you`d still be at the table trying to finish it 😯Â
Up in Scotland they call it Goot Heed soup.
