LOL, what an arrival ! Yeah, all three parked vehicles have been tagged and introduced to that roaming minivan.

Drunk or totally incompetent. Hard to tell which without seeing the driver get out of the car. It is amazing how many poor drivers are out there.

LOL John, this was hilarious. Sadly, with some shyster lawyer the driver will get off. Likely claiming those other cars shouldn't have been parked where they were.
