NEWS FLASH!  As shown on the quickly updated Kuvakas map above, there has just been a significant tectonic plate shift in the Pacific!  Melting Alaskan igloos are causing ocean levels to rise.  Seismologists claim the impact from launching cars off 300 foot high cliffs in Alaska every July 4th is to blame.  Meanwhile, Japanese surfers scramble to catch the arrival of the ultimate wave.

I think it's safe to assume that one can be nude anywhere they choose to be nude.  Also assuming of course that they are willing to accept the consequences.  

Trust me; you do NOT want it to be legal for ME to be nekked in my backyard. (And neither do I!)
