Italian virologist Maria Gismondo tells an incredible story about the virus in Italy.
Where ambulances had to speed through the streets of Milan with all lights on while they were empty.
Attacked by the government to keep her mouth shut about the real situation.
She calls Corona a psychlogical pandemia and urges us to stay away from fear-mongers.

There are a lot of folks with widely diverse opinions on the pandemic.
Some believe it to be a huge hoax. Others have either lost loved ones, suffered through it themselves, or watched people close suffer with it. Some take it as a serious threat and some don't. It's all OK. The Lounge is a place to put our differences aside for a few minutes and enjoy a safe environment where we can get nostalgic, choose from a few cars, share a joke and enjoy a few elusive moments of peace.
If someone wants to report on a friend who has it or some other non-confrontational aspect of COVID, I have no problem with that. But, once again, this platform is for folks who enjoy cars and want some non-threatening fellowship. If you want to debate, call names, get political (here in the states, COVID is a huge political hot potato) or otherwise antagonize or accuse, do it on one of the many platforms that are available for that purpose.
As I've said before, I'll delete any angry, mean, political, or non-family-friendly posts. This is not the place to have an argument or start one.
