...bite your tongue as you watch. *Imperative: Go Full Screen and turn up the volume!
Zoicks! That car is FAST! I've watched dozens, if not hundreds, of videos shot on the Ring. That was seriously fast. Imagine pushing your GT3 to the absolute limit and having this guy blow by you like you're going backward. That spin at the end shows how seasoned that driver is. He blows a tire at 140 MPH and reacts fast enough to tighten his steering wheel and keep the car on the road, more or less. Most other drivers would have been airborne!

I've seen a lot of them too. Most of them are of folks (men) who have more money than brains and buy a supercar and think that that automatically qualifies them to push the car to its limit. A lot of those videos end up with the wrecks they have with their new "toy".
Wow! How many times would you need to drive the circuit before getting up to that speed do u reckon?
@geoff-jowett, most makers and their drivers spend a lot of time at the Ring. It has become a benchmark of performance. So, these drivers are very familiar. Many of them practiced on video games before their first outing. It's certainly not the same experience, but it does provide familiarity with the circuit.
