Looks very feasible. I've seen various attempts at boat/cars over the years, the Amphicar mainly gets the eye. But this looks easier to transform.

I think the real vehicle may be from Eastern Europe or the Soviet Union many years ago but I am not certain. It certainly is unusual !

A few years ago on one of the adventure TV shows, like Mountain Men or similar, they showcased a guy who bought a Sealegs. Once launched, the front wheel folded up and forward and the two in the rear folded up and back. Sealegs 7.7:

Very interesting vehicle ! As long as you don't leave the propeller on too long or use it too early, it looks like a straight-forward procedure and a heck of a lot of fun !
