I did some. Mostly, I wished to see what it looked like with better proportions, at least to my eye. That is what drove the last 3 photos.
As found:
Cleaned up the busy grill and some mild dechroming:
Took a very slight section out of the area above the beltline that pancaked the hood and lessened the hump at the front edge of the trunk:
Moved the windshield back, lengthening the hood, sectioned the upper grill trim:
Slimmed and tucked the bumpers, reshaped the front of the hood and eliminated the vertical trim behind the door:
Bob Jackman, It is not my intent to remove the car's soul; you should agree with Bob's comments 100%, Brush, and I respect your views.
As for those who can view edits without offense, do any of the iterations please you more than the 'as found' photo?

I like the sectioning effect in the last 3 pics, but the original grille is hard to improve upon IMO.
