...hmm, interesting. BTW: Anyone else receiving eBay (Ebay commerce ) refunds?
I've received several in the last 6 months dating back to purchases more than 8 months old. Without explanation, I've been receiving nominal monetary credits. Free money is always nice, right? But I have no idea why.... anyone else?

@chris, so far I've gotten one for $1.57. The description had the word Offer, and I had just made a purchase on my offer that was accepted.

I received one for less than $2 a few weeks ago. It was applied to a purchase I had made a few weeks prior. No explanation was offered.
