Personally I would go with water soluble latex in order to have the damage deposit reimbursed. This is especially critical in the event of coral and aqua paint being applied.

Yeah, I found that out when using a fire hose to clean the lounge. That stupid paint would not come off.  I was hoping there would not be any water stains on the ceiling.
