One of the original members here (1996).  Retired 7 years ago from my own commercial real estate brokerage (37 years), which my son now runs.  Recently downsized from Phoenix AZ to Sun City West Arizona with my fiancee of 20+ years, Cathy.  I'm 79 years old.  Two grown kids and 5 grandkids ranging in age from 5 - 22.   At one time had a diecast car collection of nearly 400 models, which I sold a few years ago.  Love the outdoors - especially fishing, am a car nut and I play the accordion.
