Wait a second here, I'm conflicted.....how can a man eat and still appear wise then? Does this make a man unable to place a pizza order or buy donuts without being considered dumb? I have my image to protect...there's a lot at stake here.....mmmmm steak.......

@chris The Simpsons ability to make a mockery of our North American society and have it be so damned funny is amazing; not to mention its incredible success and duration. I just love it.

Being the unabashed fan that I am, I have those very same discussions (argue my case! ) periodically with my wife - she's never been a fan. All Simpsons contracts guarantee the show at least through season 40, currently they're wrapping up season 36. That's truly amazing!

When I was in Hollywood last summer, I may it a point to see & step on ALL of the "Simpson Stars" (including Matt Groening ) on the Walk of Fame in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater. Pretty cool! 😎 😎
