I beg to disagree, I find the video creative and funny, likely no harm was done to this cat.
How do you know that what's in the glass is wine or that the cat is drunk?

I laughed like hell. Didn't appear as any one was hurt and the cat acted freely, the question here is does the cat want to drink again.

the cat in the original video clearly has the gait pattern of a wobbly cat that is a medical condition. That is exactly why the cat is so "determine", being unstable is normal for them, it's their life. Association with a drunk human behavior comes naturally when the cat is shown with a glass of "wine". Funny video.
