Were I to pick a car from my birth year, I'd likely pick a 1947 Hudson Super Six, 171 Series, Two-Door Convertible.

@perrone1 Great choice Tony. I love that Hudson body style. If I were choosing a car from my birth year it would probably be a 1940 Lincoln Continental.

Oh yeah! Classic, stylish, elegant. I see you as a 40 Continental all day long Bob:

John, you'd look awfully muscular as a Sherman but I can also see you as this automotive legend as well.

1943 Cadillac Series 61 Convertible:

Tony, thanks for the Cadilac compliment, but it was my longtime belief that automotive production was suspended from 1943 - 1945 as a result of WW ll.

Oh, for sure! The wartime effort saw so many firms transition to making military goods. And even though you'd make a terrific Sherman (of any of its configurations) I see you more as a luxurious drop top!  Cool

I agree this is year Hudson (and Nash) was a very nice looking car; especially in this body style and color.  The coupe was awesome as well.  It would be Nice to see this one and the Nash done at the Goldvarg quality and price level.
