Not bad!! Back in the day, the Lincoln-Lovers may have protested a station wagon but today the Lincoln SUV's are all the rage.
Not for me - that “B” pillar would present a major blind spot…

The MK. III is one of those designs that is just too good to be altered IMHO.
Maybe as a hearse but not a 2 door sport wagon. 💐

Which is something I don't understand. Why people spend tons of money for a Lincoln (or Cadillac) SUV, to haul junk in, when they can a much less costly SUV from other brands. Just my opinion, but I think it's an ego thing.

Well George.....considering that Tony just bought a beautiful Cadillac SUV, you may be on thin ice here! LOL!

Ha! It's my grocery-getter. Just the right size and height, better for my wife to get in and out of than the 4X4 truck and easier to get in (just the right height for her without stooping so low) to get in the Mercedes E Class.
I could have bought a less expensive SUV but I really liked the shape, color and accessories on this one, the Premium Luxury level of Caddy's XT5.
Interesting. From the mid fifties to the mid sixties luxury wagons were popular and would have fit in nicely. This late sixties, early seventies example might have missed the popularity curve.
@perrone1 It's a beauty Tony and IMO you picked the best color they offer. Does it have the 3.6L engine?

Thank you Jack!! The color is Silver Coast. It does have the 3.6 V6. 20" wheels and it runs real well.
@perrone1 That is a great drive train. I recently bought a low mileage 2016 Cadillac CTS4 in dark grey metallic with that drive train. It's a bit of a rocket.
Sorry to hear about your ego trip, Tony! 😉 But I've admired the XT5 for some time and really like the color of yours.
Is that the same 3.6 L/308 HP V6 I have in my Blazer RS? I love the drivetrain!

Those are GORGEOUS! Congrats and best of luck with it. The 3.6 L surprised me - I had no idea it was that strong. But at my age I find myself getting too excited once past 50mph! HA!
