Here are a couple of scale gasoline pumps that can be used photographically, or in the case of the old clear glass-topped pump, placed next to a displayed automobile model of about I/18 scale. The newer red Texaco Fire Chief pump is much bigger and stands about 9" or 10" inches tall. I got them a long time ago but they were very reasonably priced at, I believe, a Menard's Home Store around the holidays.

they're a great addition to a collection Mike, I have most of Danburys 1/24s
Thanks, Geoff ! Scale gasoline/petrol pumps are a good additional display piece, as automobiles and their fueling pumps are a natural part of what they need from week to week.
Ha, when I had my Trans-Am it was almost every 2 days ! Week to week would have been great !
Too funny!
I was just thinking about posting pics of my 1/18 gasoline pump collection. Cool! 😎 😎Â
Why am I thinking.... "You can trust your car to the man who wears the star...."
"You get service from hell if you go to Shell."
all the pictures and the general sentiment of this thread are delightfully positive.......tanks gennamen 🤣Â
Thanks ! I also have another 1/18 one with an "Oldsmobile" logo on it and obviously it can work generally or in an Oldsmobile diorama. They are all very nicely done. Â
Thanks ! It was one of the first Hudson Hornets that Highway 61 put out, I recall.
You can purchase 1/18 scale gas pumps at your local Hobby Lobby if you have one in your area. They usually have two or three on a peg board or a shelf where the model cars are. You can also get them online from Fairfield collectibles, they will have a much larger selection than Hobby Lobby has on the shelf.Â
