The body and the chassis are 95% completed (prior to paint), moving towards the interior ... will paint only after the interior parts are adjusted.

The Heller kit is very challenging as the parts are not symmetric, so it requires lots of adjustment; and there were so many parts of the body (glued together to form the body) that any more forceful handling may crack a juncture, I cracked the roof twice, the fenders are particularly vulnerable.

After lowering the rear suspension with small 3D printed brackets, stance is where I want it. However the hood needs more forward slope ... too late to correct, if I ever build another one will know to fix it.

It looks great ! The work will pay off and a fine job on this one. It will make a exceptionally nice (and very aerodynamic) addition.

Those 3D brackets are crazy good! Did you design and print them yourself?

@karl Yes, it's very simple, I use free software for kids and students, my son showed me several years ago when he was in high school, we were using the 3D printer together. The software is on online platform at http://www.tinkercad.com by autodesk, works great for simple projects. First you design the shape using measurements from the model, I work in metric system as it comes much more naturally to me, then export to stl file, then the 3D printer software slices it and generates G-code, very straightforward process, these brackets took me 30 min from idea to have them ready.
