highlight some of the engines of note throughout racing and hi-performance street car history. What better way to start than with one of the winningest engines around?

I also prefer the injected Offy, but GMP did also make the Offy in a later turbocharged version. I needed both versions.

How about some GMP Ford Flatheads and the Ardun overhead derivative:

How about a couple of small block Chevy motors; a Monogram 1/6 scale kit, and the very rare Franklin Mint 1/6 cutaway version:

04 P7020189
06 P7020190
07 P7020192

The Corvette club 'rivet-counters' evidently found some faults with the FM motor and it got bad press as a result. I, however, am really delighted to have one of them.

@clifford-read I consider the Franklin Mint FI a classic and I believe the oldest (model manufactures date) engine I have!

@josh  This reasonably rare German made visible Ford 4-cylinder motor was assembled from a kit that came in this box.  Not as detailed as the GMP motors, it does fire (tiny light bulbs) on all cylinders when turned by a crank.

@clifford-read These were very nicely done but I'm sure someone else made them for action. I like the autographs on them too, I display mine with the air cleaner off!

If we are going to talk engines there has to be a Hemi (or two) in the mix, even a street Hemi.
