What scale is the gas pump?

@michaeldetorrice I have seen Yat Ming models listed, but as I have never heard of them I never acquired any. Compared to CMC and the like how are YM models rated?
Generally, Yat Ming produced budget-priced diecasts of great automotive subjects and they had/have a vast range .....mostly in 1/18 scale. Yet, they also have items in other scales, like their 1/24 series and their Presidential limousines which are in 1/24 scale.
Their Yat Ming Signature Series were a more premium line that had some great subject matter, like 1961 Imperials with removable convertible top ; the 1957 Lincoln coupe and various other automobile models.
Their regular line had some particularly excellent subject matter items like '61 DeSotos and I really enjoy and like all the models I have fron them. Of course, there are always rather snobbish collectors who consider their diecast replicas beneath them ..... but that is probably true in any hobby !
@michaeldetorrice Nooo, snobbery among collectors? Who knew? I will have a look at their 1/18 line and see if anything catches my eye. Thanks for the info.
On another note, during the last four months of my time at OCC, near Newport Beach, I rented rooms from a man restoring a white, 1956 Lincoln Mark II Coupé. He was nearly finished, but I moved to Laguna Beach at the end of my semester and didn't see the finished Lincoln. I always thought that car was elegant.
The 1956 Lincoln Continental coupe would be an exquisite restoration ! Actually, I think the Yat Ming Signature Series Lincoln Continental coupe is a 1956 model, although perhaps those two years were almost identical. I have both a black and a white one.
Many years ago I recall reading about an unbelievably detailed "scratch-built" project some modeler was doing in something like 1/12 or 1/10 scale in which virtually everything worked on the Lincoln Continental. A little person could virtually get in the replica and drive away !

"...some modeler was doing in something like 1/12 or 1/10 scale in which virtually everything worked on the Lincoln Continental."
The most detailed 1956 Lincoln Continental scale replica I'm aware of was crafted entirely from scratch, in brass, by Roger Zimmermann (my hero! ).
He machined the patterns to create the rubber molds (for tires ), he fabricated wooden body-bucks (to fashion all the body panels ), he developed forms to fashion the glass, etc., etc.... The 1/12 model is stunning!
Although the engine looks like it could run, it does not. However, practically everything else operates as it should: the windows & seats are powered, all the lights work, door locks are functional, etc...
Currently, he's working on this 1/12 V-16 Cadillac.
Here's a few more "Zimmermann pics."
A few from his '56 Lincoln AND the very latest from his current V-16 Cadillac convertible project. REMEMBER that all of his 1/12 hand crafted replicas are 100% fabricated by Roger; he literally makes everything except for the micro hardware.
Roger is the very best model maker I've ever seen; compared to him I'm a hack. He's a master craftsman by any measure!
@chris This individual is a sculptor. I am truly impressed by his talent. Thank you for sharing his photos, Chris.
