I may be wrong but the blue T150 is considered the most correct one and it is modelled after the chassis 90108 in its original light blue exterior and red interior.
The other CMC colors are made from the same forms and repainted to match other well-known chassis of T150 such as 90106 (aubergine/eggplant), 90103 (red-and-silver), 90108 in its current color (black).
Answering to your questiom, the 90106 oroginal color was metallic gray according to Figoni's records. But CMC's aubergine car is not a 90106, it's a 90108 repaint.
The Minichamps resin version is more accurate representation of Mullin's T150 (90106) as it shows correct side chrome and radiator cap, chromed rear center fin and correct sript (Lago Special).
