Sadly, I passed on this one B E C A U S E I was unaware of the history behind it; I mistakenly assumed it was just another repaint with different wheels, etc... It was only a few months ago when I learned that this is a real car with a very interesting provenance - as John correctly laid out.
What a GREAT model. So cool and yes, it looks great in silver! 😎 😎 😎
