Here is my 1971 Pontiac Trans Am put out by AutoWorld, this is a nice looking car and really pops in person.

I agree that this one is the best of the 2nd generation Firebired TA.

Your post makes me yearn for my 1:1 Trans-Am. I got my '70 in '74 from a police officer who had a growing family and needed to sell it.
I bought it before even driving it... I saw it in the garage as I was walking up to his house. It was in showroom new condition with under 20K miles.
It was red with white hood scoop and fender vents. I only kept it for a short time as the gas crisis hit and went to over $1 a gallon. I just couldn't afford to drive it every day. But it sure put a smile on my face every minute I drove it.
