A little quiz............
Besides the obvious that they are both Cobra Daytona Coupes in 1965 racing colors can you tell me what these to cars have in common?

They both are chassis #2299 and they were both driven by
Jack Sears. At Le Mans into the back of an Alfa, but he and Thompson still finished, the only surviving Cobra.

the most decorated of the Cobra Daytona Coupes CSX2299 raced nine times during the 1964 and 1965 FIA World Championship campaigns chalking up four class wins, three seconds and a fourth. The wins included Le Mans in 1964 and Daytona and Sebring in 1965 - my favorite race car of all time
