A note about 'trades' and 'offers'...
...we have a place for them on DZ, and it's called the Auction section.
In all seriousness, we don't allow trades and offers on any of DZ forums. Outside of the rare fund drive, the site is funded by Auction fees and Legacy/Mint Models operations.
So, no trades, no lists, no offers, even with the "I'll pay the fees" disclaimer. If you're glad to pay the fees, then there should be no problem using the auction site.
There's a good reason Wal Mart doesn't let people sell stuff sales in their parking lot. It's not that the people who do it are bad or that Wal Mart is mean...it just is.

How about a bridge loan modification ....
If a group of die cast car guys can put together a financial transaction funded thru a bridge loan modification that is amoritize for ten years with a 5 year ballon with no penalty for early pay off .... Will we still retain the power of listing, trading & buying on the margin so long as the house fees are provided and all margin vehicles are strictly presented in an all cash movement & paid in full.
