I could only get one angle to shoot on this diorama (?). Does anyone have an idea what's going on here. I don't understand what the mods on the truck are for and the guy on the right looks like he's working over a bunch of rocket boosters. Any theory will be acceptable

The short answer is: "Everything!"     I see radio parts, circuit boards, N-scale train parts, darts, pet supplies, model truck parts, you name it.....    This modeler is either a movie props guy, or longs to be one!

@paul-rouffa The Mad Max vehicles were altered for warfare. Outside of those strange finned tubes, the only lethality would be if it ran you over.
