AW announces 2 new 1:18 molds

For you race fans AutoWorld for 2012 will be making some "new mold" 1971 Mustang funny cars & 1971 Charger funny cars. They also announced some new repaints.

This is definitely exciting news! I'll take it even though I'd prefer the chassis to be '70...

... or earlier Logghe vintage. But at least it's SOMETHING!

At that scale we should be able to put the entire '59 GM lineup on a cufflink!

Smile I'm lookin forward to those funnycars, great choices.

Maybe we'll get more like the Vega and Pinto.

Speaking of Logghe

Do you remember the Logghe, Marsh and Steffey dragster ? A little, injected SBC that probably weighed a lot less than a grand dripping wet and put the hurt on a lot of 6-71 blown Chrysler-powered AA/FD's ?

That was a lot of fun to watch !

Logghe Stamping Company

Marlowe, try this page on for size. It's all Logghe Stamping products. This might do you some good when you decide to build a period funny car or rail.

I love this! Logghe Stamping Co. was located in Fraser, Michigan and not too far from...

... my home town of Detroit. I love this stuff! Thanks much!
