Those are fabulous (and for the right amount they replicate any car you desire ) but when you consider some CMCs & Exotos can go for $3,500-$5,000, Amalgam's prices (for 1/8 ), being just 3 or 4 times these amounts, are really not that bad.
On the other hand, $100,000.00 gets you 4, maybe 5 models. I can buy alot of Autoarts & ACMEs with that!
@chris - Yes, the proper Amalgam level home would be a prerequisite. Perhaps a "little" something like this?
@marty-johnson Like the host, I too have run out of words. The two ("just two?" HA! ) features that continue to resonate are the over 3,000 sq ft living room and the 50 car garage. Being a true acrophobic, all those open areas & glass retaining walls scare the hell out of me.
It's hard to believe it sold for "just" 141 million.
@chris - Everything about the home is over-the-top. Personally, although the building is impressive, it doesn't appeal to me at all. It's just wayyyyyy too much that it lacks warmth. However, it DEFINITELY has the necessary space to display the Amalgam collection! I'm looking forward to visiting you in your new home once you move to Bel Air into this HOUSE! LOL! 🤣
@marty-johnson yes, I have this picture from the Internet, but I saw the Amalgam-name on the model in the shop....
When I am there again, I will take a picture myself...
