CMC Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato..................
After many months of thinking about it, I made the decision to buy one. After all, I just collect CMC models.
I choose the closest rendition to a road version without those ugly racing windows.
So I went for the red one.
Aside for the fact the model is not accurate, CMC has done a nice job about details as usual. The engine bay and undercarriage details are awesome.
The red version sits lower than the first green one and displays far better. It also has a few bits of "hardware" the others don't have. The front grille is narrower and more in tune with the genuine look of the real Aston Martin front end we are accustomed to see.
Overall, it is not that bad but again, it is not accurate. If you need a super detailed Aston Martin in your display cabinet as a new image different from the traditional CMC MB,Bugatti, Ferrari and Maserati models already in your CMC collection, go for it.
It seems the Talbot Lago is still scheduled for the end of 2015. I am looking forward for this one.
Richard have you seen the Ltd. Ed. in Goodwood Green? I've only seen it available from a retailer in Australia on ebay. He had about 3-4 of them evidently and has sold out. You can see his ebay auction with pictures of it. The auction number for the last one he sold was #331610533391. I've looked on Legacy but can't find it.

I know about this edition...................
It is also a racing version with the sliding side windows. It is the exact same as the first green release.
I have one of the Goodwood Green edition. I agree with Richard that it's only...
A Repaint of the original green one, but I feel like the Goodwood color (British Racing Green) just fits the car better.
It may not be a perfect replica, and I've certainly criticized it for that before, but it does display superbly!!
