Just received this brochure in today’s mail. NEW; and G O R G E O U S!! The 1951 Studebaker Champion in Rio Green! In coupe configuration – 1:18th scale. And although not specified in the literature, no doubt, as in recent issues past, made, outstandingly for them, by Acme.

Oh for the good old days!  I'm still holding my breath for some company to bring back decent versions of new 1:24 models at an affordable price.  I just don't want to give up hope that the scale can return.

It was a Highway 61 model. Acme bought the tooling.

@jack-dodds....It's Maui Blue...hence  the 1951 Hawaiian license plate.

What great Highway tooling of this Studebaker ! I am glad to see it still being used to put out superb models. I have that same Maui blue '51 version and it was my first Highway 61 model. (it may have been their first 1/18 release)
