Decal removal
Want to take off some deteriorated decals from plastic or medal diecasts. What do I use without harming the surface.??

Clear or masking tape; burnish on decal and slowly lift tape off.

Hello Rand, you can try with a product call "Micro Set" by Microscale Industries, inc
It's a1fl. oz. bottle with a specific solution that softens decals. It can be used to improves adhesion and removal. With a soft brush, put a drop of the micro set on the decals and wait 30 secondes. It should have softens enough the decals to remove them and it's totally safe with the paint.
