I know Bob is good at utilizing space, and Marty is "getting tight." I'm sure Bob has some stairs, and I know Marty has ALOT of stairs.... ....just a thought. 😏 🤔 🤨

Ha! Yeah, sure! If I did something like that, I might as well call my attorney and pack my bags. Unlike Bob, who has a very forgiving wife, the Big Boss in my house ain't havin' it! 😆

Chris, the house we had before this one was a two story. Thankfully the master bedroom was on the first floor which meant that it was rare that I had reason to go upstairs. With advancing age, we had a neighbor who wanted that house and the pool which was enough incentive to move to a single story. Best move we ever made.

With many models to showcase this stepped up display unit has merit. With a bannister to slide down the stairs become redundant...well 50% of the time anyway. I do recommend deleting the "nutcracker" railing feature currently shown though.

I can relate, well... my wife can. We have many stairs, and she's beginning to resent every single one. She's been "chattering" about getting a ranch-style house for a few years..... ...but like you, no more pools. About 8 years ago, I had our in-ground ripped out; I miss swimming but THAT'S all. I had been dealing with pools my entire life - it's "refreshing" to be pool free!

I've never met Bob's wife (seen her on YT though ) but I suspect there ain't many like her! 🙄 🙄

@chris Funny thing you should mention pools because that was as much the reason I wanted to move. The house we now have is on a 35,000 acre lake. The guy I bought it from wanted to sell me his pontoon boat...I told him I wasn't buying the house for the lake but for the garage and didn't wany anymore water toys.
