From time to time I will find a model I have been looking for, my last one was a George Folmer 917 Porsche by Minichamps when they had a lot of details and at a price I would pay, the second part being the catch. Sometimes I check manufactures and a favorite is the Mattel Hot Wheels Elite because I know what to expect from the product. I just came across this, released in 2007, a Ferrari F333sp. Marking Ferrari's return to sports-prototype racing where Ferrari had built most of it's reputation. This is from the IMSA Series, the winner of the 1999 12 Hours of Sebring.

I love the livery on that Ferrari.. but "Olive Garden"?!? That's a surprise.

Very cool model of a fantastic looking Ferrari.

I had the plain red Presentation car & sold it when I found the raced MOMO version. I do with I'd grabbed this Elite Olive Garden car, though...the detail level is much better.

Wish they had done this without the black wheels and weathering treatment, I have a BBR of the Momo car but it is 1/43 scale.

totally agree. I read a while back that the weathering can be removed with nail polish remover...though haven't tried. I don't want to remove the race livery...though maybe its under the clear coat.

Too risky for me, I'm weathered anyways!
