Has anyone here ever purchased diecast from an ebay dealer called minineopet? Can you tell me if you have had any problems, they show a 99.8 satisfaction rate but I believe they have taken advantage of me. They sent me a model that has obviously been repaired before, it came broken and appears to be the same place that looks terribly repaired, globs of glue, didn't even repaint the damaged area.

They are a mass reseller and part of the bigger, diecast models wholesale but what you describe wouldn't surprise me. They should replace it or refund your money with no issues as they are big enough to eat it. Thankfully for you its an eBay sale so your protected by them.

Josh, John is 100% correct. I too have purchased before without issue, however....

...if ANY (ANY!!) eBay seller gives you a hard time simply file a claim with eBay's resolution center. They are FANTASTIC and 99.9% of the time side with the buyer.

In your case it's a "slam dunk." You will either receive a FULL refund or a NEW model or BOTH. As John noted, Minineopet is big enough to do both.

Good luck (but you'll get what you want/deserve).

I agree...

I've bought and sold hundreds of models on eBay. On the rare occasion I've had a problem with a purchase, eBay is right there on top of it. If a buyer has a problem with something they buy from me, I go out of my way to make it right for them. Hence, a 100% positive feedback history.
