Here's a fun piece [PIC]
The Ecto-1..... the 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor ambulance tricked out for the Ghostbusters movie.
I ignored this Hotwheels model as it was offered in various levels of builds, but this 30th anniversary offering with the Ghostbuster figures was too cool to pass up.
If you like all that over the top gizmology. this model pretty much has it all, and overall, the whole model is pretty well done. It even sports a plumbed and wired Caddy V8 under the hood. The undercarriage is really the only part that's fairly crude. I don't know how many of you like this genre of movie cars, but here's some pics for those that do.

Rich, (great pics BTW) ..HW also poorly replicated the dash but overall this model, is excellent.
...I wanted to make mine into a "stock" ambulance (w/all opening features...NICE) but was disappointed to discover the window treatment is NOT an applique but rather "molded in."
That's when the project was halted (for now). Still though, a great -in scale- effort by Hot Wheels.

Agreed. The model makes a great diorama....
but the dash and undercarriage are a bit crude.

...should I ever "stock out" this ambulance I will use Maisto's 1959 Cadillac parts. Their dash....
...is not too bad and their decent chassis can be lengthened.
