It is a beautiful model and pickup truck. I have one of these Mercedes-Benz X-Klass trucks in red and in about 1/43 scale. A really classy ride !

Of course ! I don't really want to hijack your thread, but here are some pictures of such an attractive pickup truck. I believe Nissan may have been attached to this M-B project. This diecast model is from Kinsmart.

Yes indeed. In fact, that's precisely why this M-B truck failed so miserably in the market. Everyone could easily see it was essentially a re-badged Nissan Navara at twice the price; it was the "Chevrolet Cavalier vs. Cadillac Cimmeron" all over again.
I mean, the masses are asses, that's true, but they're not all stupid. 😉 😉
It's a great looking 1/18 replica though, considering the 1:1 was only in production for about 22 months..... it will make a fine edition Ben. Congrats! 👍
