This Flyer and car isn't my cup of tea, but I know that many of my fellow collectors might do cart wheels to add this to their collections. And so I share it with you in hopes that if you have it, it will bring back fond memories of when you added it. And if you don't have it, it's a chance to put it on your Bucket List.
HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY EVERYONE!
Carroll Shelby's COBRA DAYTONA COUPE

I have to admit to being more than a little out of control when it comes to Cobra Daytona Coupes. I have models that represent every Daytona Coupe that started a race in 1964 and 1965 plus the coupe that was built by John Willment, the coupe that ran at the Salt Flats and the coupe that was raced in Japan. Mostly it involved making my own decals to put the proper livery on the cars that no manufacturer was crazy enough to build.
As an example here is the complete racing livery for just one of the coupes CSX-2299 - 5 by Exoto, 5 by me.
Just my opinion Frank, but I don't think you (or anyone) is ever out of control when it comes to a hobby that you enjoy and love. So if collecting something makes you happy, go for it. Thank you for sharing your collection of Cobra's and your reasons for collecting them. Keep the passion going!
