Kind of a return of Franklin Mint into Diecast...
FM exists now as a branding opportunity. So anyone can create a product and use the FM brand image. Some have done better than others so far. TN Marketing did some wildlife knives that looked like what FM did in the 1990's.
This is interesting. If you notice the mailing address...its Winder GA...so ACME models.
I never realized ACME was related to GMP.

This is very tempting ... but how can they use the name - that in it's self stops me from buying
With all of the internet fraud
makes me wonder if this is a scam
If they had been upfront and used their real name ... they may have had 1 more customer
Because I know FM is dead and gone
And this ad protrays them to be FM
So I'll walk away from this

FM is licensed through Sequential Brand Group...
this car is also advertised at http://www.franklinmint.com which is operated by DeliveryAgent under license as well. The website also serves as a clearing house for all licensed FM products. HSN also has a license as well.
