In 1:18, both Maisto (on the low end) & CMC (on the high end) made the SLR Coupe, but only Minichamps produced the Roadster. 2157 SLRs were produced in total, with only 670 Roadsters. I've always thought the styling was a bit strange on these, but felt the Roadster looked substantially better.
Minichamps version is very nicely done, though obviously nowhere near as detailed (or pricey) as the CMC.

THANK YOU Gavin! I've never really noticed this one before; it's really cool. 😎 😎 Minichamps did a fine job. But I guess I'm in the minority..... the "top up" look doesn't bother me at all, I like it. 😀

Very cool! I didn't know a roadster was available in 1:18 scale.
