More Pics of the new CMC Ferrari's
These new Ferrari 250 GTO's should be here around the end of the year or early in 2016. Amazing CMC detail. "Built from 1,841 single parts, of which 1,215 are made of metal" Yes, they confirmed that there are more Ferrari's to come.

Yes, looks to be stunning, but Hmmmm given the color of interior seats, yellow for me is the only option (they come with black leather)_. Would have LOVED red with tan seats, but not with blue seats.

Paul, do you know the reason for the mesh net type liner inside some of those?

It is rumored that the blue fabric used was the same as that used to make the Ferrari production line workers overalls.
In the early 60's, the majority of Ferrari's race cars had blue seats.

Helped the air circulate around the driver, hencee they didn't get quite so hot and sticky!!

Really? I see in some pics, some of these cars have a diamond shaped patterned leather across the trans tunnel, and back area and package shelf.
could this be a proto version of that appearance?

Christopher, were you asking about the mesh inserts in the seats, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?!!!

oh, sorry, I see what I've done, I've thrown you off, let me try again.
Ok, when I look at the pics above here from CMC, it appeared at first and still sort of does , the interior shots of the yellow and silver cars. that there is a mesh, or net stretched across the trans tunnel. some pics seem to appear as a rope or mesh, but shots of the rear package shelf through the rear windows look like the diamond padded leather covering some of these have. So maybe what I see is a prototype of that leather covering for the trans tunnel and the rear areas?

And yes, if they are replicated covers in leather, noise suppression makes sense.

Notice none of the photos show the bonnet open. I hope it's just because it's such a pain to shut!
