Looks terrific! As a younger man, all my cars had black interiors. For the last, maybe, 15 years, they have varied. Our last two Mercedes Benz's had Ash Grey and our last truck, a Ford F150, had the same grey interior.

My current M-B has Stone interior and the last two Cadillacs have had Sahara Beige and currently a two-tone Cirrus/Dark Titanium. Earth tones seem soothing.

@perrone1 agree as I have only had black interiors in my Audi's, Bmw's, and Mercedes.  My Ram's interior was black with white stitching. My GV70 also is black interior with with stitching. Seems to be a theme with me.

"....all my cars had black interiors."

As I've noted many times, I hate black interiors - I want color!     And yes, I pay the price - literally and figuratively.     Colors cost more AND they show dirt, but they're not black!    I don't really want any more black cars either.   I have two now, but the replacements will not be black, or white, or silver, or gray (the standard four colors still most often seen  😬 🤪 😩 😳 😩)

OK, I'm done ranting now, thank you everyone for your time.    😉 😉

It's OK, you can rant, it's a good rant. I have no idea why I always wanted black. Back then, black dominated most of the cars I wanted. Today it seems like grey. But I now love the Earth tones. The Benz:

@perrone1  Yes, very nice; I like those very much!   I have a few cars/SUVs in those shades/tones.    How 'bout red, like my ATS?    🤔 🤔

"....and hated that Cadillac discontinued it."

LSS (if anyone cares ):

And that's why I bought it.  When my wife had an SRX, warrantee service deemed the Dealership keep the car, so a loaner was issued.  I drove home in an ATS sedan.  I hate 4-doors but said, "Damn, this little car is nice, if Cadillac ever makes a 2 door, I might want one."

Two years later....  they did!    Then, when I found out they'll be discontinued I ordered one up - with optional "hand stitched, Morello red, full width leather interior."    😉 😉

It's probably the last 2-door car Cadillac will ever manufacture.     Furthermore, in 2027 they'll have just TWO cars in their line-up: the CT5 and the ultra-luxurious Celestiq.

Cadillac made no intention to hide their future plans, they printed it - they want to go total electric. Currently the CT4 and CT5 is for sale but they dropped the small and intermediate SUV's the XT4 and XT6. But they recently said they will probably revive the XT5 to the same car as what the sell in China, the second Gen XT5. But if they do, they better bring back the V6 or the car will languish on some lots.

And talking about loving a two door Caddy; before I fell in love with the ATS, I wanted a CTS Coupe SO bad! And they nixed that one too.

@perrone1 Yes, EV Cadillacs are the future BUT they sell very well for them...and yes, the XT4 & XT6 are gone.

Honestly, I never warmed up to CTS coupe; I knew one guy who had one, and I still didn't like it.  What I did like, though, was the very-short-lived (2014-'16 ) EV ELR coupe, I thought THAT was a knockout!

ELR 1
ELR 3
ELR 5
ELR 4
ELR 2

But what really blew my mind was the 2013 Elmiraj concept car from which the ATS coupe is based.

Had I been thinking, I should've ordered my coupe in dark blue - like the Elmiraj, then specified a Kona Brown interior - like the Elmiraj, then contacted an aftermarket conversion company to hear costs to convert my ATS from a 2-dr sedan to a true 2-dr hardtop.

Afterall, they KNOW HOW TO eliminate the B-pillar when they covert ATS coupes to convertibles, so.....   perhaps they could've done what I wanted.  Then I could've had the closest thing to the Elmiraj.

Anyway, it was just a thought.....      OK, I'll shut up now.     Obviously, I could discuss this kind of BS  all day!   😉

Elm 2
Elm 1
Elm 3
ATS 6
Vert 2
ATS 7
ATS 8

@perrone1 Bit of trivia...  Cadillac is now back selling in Australia & New Zealand, they were last sold in Australia in 1969, they now have their electric models on sale here https://www.cadillacanz.com/au-en.    Just a bit of trivia for you..

@diecast1-24cars Right....glad to see Cadillac re-entering once abandoned markets.     With their all-EV line-up in those areas, they're poised to do very well.   Afterall, EVs are the future, despite the fact that America is allowing the world to pass them by - but nothing last forever.     Eventually America will no choice but to play "catch-up."    😯 😮
