I seldom post on 1:18 forum as my collection is about 2% 1:18 and 95% 1:24 but I love these CMC 1:18ths! Here’s the Mercedes Pullman, awesome model ! Pictures aren’t great, sorry just fast snap shots but you get the idea.
My first choice was the one I have, not due to connection to Elvis, but due to color combination and working sunroof. These dried up and I couldn’t find one SO I was almost ready to buy the one you have as color combo is similar. Well as luck would have it I found this on a Black Friday sale and snagged it for $950!!! Under original retail and brand new in box. I was almost certain my order would be canceled and get “sorry the item you ordered is discontinued / sold out”. It arrived 3 days later! Love it. Yours is great too ENJOY. @phil-r - I love the elegance of the sedan that you have. I opted for the Landaulet because of the outrageousness of the car. However, I think the sedan you have with the sunroof is much better looking and oozes class.
Marty you summed it up PERFECTLY!! I thought the Landaulette was a bid odd and over the top! The main reason I wasn’t sure to buy one. But then found this reg version at a “good” price and it was a no brainer. It’s funny to say $950 is a good price huh? Lol. I guess relatively speaking. I do know that these CMC models go up a lot once sold out. I have the blue California Spyder and those are selling for $1200-1500+ I paid $390 so….. I think once my Elvis limo supply dries up that that will be a $1400-2000 model. I don’t care as I’m not selling and love it, but it definitely helps justify plucking down almost a grand for a model.

Both this edition, and Marlowe's version, can probably also be used to stay in shape by doubling as bench-press weights for exercise sessions while viewing the models !
Another GREAT Pullman! Love the deep, dark blue. Anyone remove a wheel yet? I haven't seen any pics of drums or a disc set-up..... and I would like to. 😀
