Yes, have seen these for weeks. Just to be clear... front doors open but nothing else. Correct?
no openings at all (not even front doors) but still awesome in detail, finish and weight.
Doors and tailgate absolutely open. They are very tight.
had this conversation with a collector in another group who bought one, posted pics of all the opening parts. Just the front doors open, no the rear doors but the tailgate opens also. Just an FYI.
Are you sure? They sure look like they open.... hmmm.
this video may shed some light on this subject at approx 11:36,the reviewer gets into the opening features....at least concerning the doors
Yes John, this did help. Thanks!
Opening tailgate shown earlier in the video.
Sure is.....I missed that on a scan through....good catch
thank you John, i stand corrected. The front doors and tailgate are designed to open.
the doors are designed to open, have not been able to open yet
it appears the woodgrain might be taped over door openings
appreciate the video, answers all questions, my doors may be painted shut too
a razor knife may have prevented the damage........
.....it`s a shame that "video guy" mucked up his wood trim on the driver door and tailgate....it would seem that a sharp razor run vertically in the openings would prevent the chipouts from occurring.......if it were mine,I`d cut the lines in the "wood",then remove the outer shell and work the doors open from the inside....at least with Greenlight, the disassembly is generally not overly complicated ....
the woodgrain is so delicate that i'll leave my doors closed as is...
