The annual show features the work of modelers from the eastern half of the US and I thought the works might be most interesting to Forum 18 although scales vary throughout. I'll show other genres throughout the day, but the one big theme for this year was car haulers so I'll start with these. The lighting is very harsh so some just lit up like a Christmas tree and access was based on the model's position on the table. Let's just say they looked a helluva lot better in person.
My goodness! Every single one of them is just over-the-top fantastic! The talent of people never ceases to amaze me! Wow!
Outstanding Rich! The little bit I do know about these types of haulers is that virtually anything is possible in scale because virtually everything existed in 1:1. From high-end corporate sponsored set-ups, all neat & tidy - clean & shiny, to welded up mishmash, homemade, low buck creations that weren't always pretty but did the job!
"Were you there?"
No, no... I just happen to see those on FB. They matched yours, so .....why not add them. 🤔 🤔
@chris Cool. Those were probably taken during the set up so you could get up close for detail shots.
@jack-dodds WOW! I never seem to know what catches people's eyes. I should have taken more pics and let you all decide.
