It's a good-looking model that I wish had a "top-up" option. It's a great color! 😎
Good looking Porsche. I agree with the color.
@perrone1 when it is not raining, I'll head out with it.
I like top down to admire the interior. I must say tho that as soon as it arrived to my residence that it would be disassembled and the interior would be redone in a saddle or brick red color. I like my models a bit on the custom side.

I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for a cnvrt model that included an up top.

@100ford2003 sadly I do not have that particular skillset.
Now that i think about it, didn’t the 1/18 scale Plymouth Prowler model come with an up-top ?
@100ford2003 Yes, the Anson 1/18 Prowler model included a convertible top, however, Ertl's 1/18 versions did not.
Early purple versions included a sealed rear trunk rectangular outline which was totally incorrect. Later versions eliminated that but still had sealed, reverse opening, trunks.
@100ford2003 Of the thousands of models I own, I'd say I've "augnmented" 85%. Modifications range from simple additions of paint to full-out custom detailing including fabrication, cutting, and re-working.
Like you.... I prefer to have something few or no one else has; I too prefer unique - BUT ACCURATE - scale replicas.
Chris, i claim no accuracy when it comes to interior colors as I just choose the color I like.
