I remember both KB Toys as well as the sales at Sam's Club and Menards Home Centers. Also, I got a couple of highly detailed 1/18 models at a $5 close out sale online.

I've heard of Menards but I've never seen or been to one. Do they carry the same Maistos that Sam's club and Costco have ?

I believe they carried Maisto diecasts at Sam's and Costco. Menards also carried those types, plus, at one time they had SunStar Platinum Series 1/18 diecast cars for a very low price. I believe I got at least a 1956 Lincoln Premiere convertible and a 1956 Continental replica for the low price they were selling them at.
