The heck if I know!  I've never seen that car before.  It definitely was a privateer, and I'm guessing it was a car that ran in '65.  During that year, after the Chrysler Corp Dodge and Plymouth cars were introduced, to stay competitive on the lucrative match race circuit, many racers followed suit with their own in-house altered wheelbase cars.  Like this example, many only relocated the rear wheels as the front wheel relocation was far more challenging.  

Yes, for you, a piece of cake.  Your skill set can easily reproduce that car in your photo.  As you would say, "Easy peezy."
