or actually should read "Oil Cushioned; Valve In Head" on the valve cover of this !938 Buick "Special". Mike's pics made me remember the misspellings of the Chinese vendor that QC missed. Also, note the "QQ" is separated from the plate numbers by a comma and it reads: "Historic___ OF America". Other than that, it's not a bad model for its low price point. Mine is in white.

I was never disappointed with a Signature model !! Especially at their price point. 

Which actually was free for me because I helped sell diecast models at Pomona and Long Beach swap meets. 

God bless Randy Van Horn as I hear he passed a few years ago.  We had so much fun together. I've lost contact with his Family and I'm sorry I have. 

During the meet, I'd pick out the models I wanted. When we closed up I'd ask Randy what I owed him....most times it was a wash.

That's how I got so many AutoArts, Signature,  Anson, UT's and Sunstars.  Along with everything else.
