It's missing the lights and vents added for Le Mans. I don't really mind since it's a cleaner looking car. Probably what they were trying to achieve. For those that are thinking about a livery, this is what the car looked like at the Le Mans tests and the Nurburgring 1000 Km.

Thanks Paul.

Philip, I understand that this model represents the car following its restoration after Lindner's accident.

I wasn't in any way meaning to be critical Paul. I was just supplying information for those race car fanatics who like to apply a livery to any car we can. And as far as I can see the car as modeled is consistent with these two race car liveries.

It looks great as a restored car as well. Thanks again for posting it as I have one on preorder from Legacy.

Philip, I didn't take it as criticism, just that Cult based their model on the car as it is now.

Like you, I'm looking forward to its release, which should have been this month.

I'm glad they did it this way, as I prefer the simpler version without the light and vent on the roof. And the vents on the rear fenders. It's much more attractive in my opinion.

I wish I could agree...........

This was a 'one-off' race car that used the same loophole in the regulations that allowed the Cobra Daytona Coupes to be built. It was not built 'for looks' as a show car.

The model, like the restoration, really should have been built to original racing trim - meaning it should have the additional lights.
