..by BOS. Looks pretty nice to me. Looks like that C-Pillar area may be off a tad and that door mirror is WAY too far back...but other than that....she looks pretty nice. Love the color!

It's great to see a luxocruiser like this in 1:18 scale.

Subject choice is what I love BoS for (Modelcarworld, to be exact, it's their brand).
My copy is on it's way, hope to get it next week.
BTW Chris, what's wrong with the C-pillar?

Viacheslav, the C-Pillar "appears" (I haven't seen this model in person) like it might not have....

....enough "curve in" (the area where there's that black window filler piece) to it. Even if it's off a bit (it MAY not be)..I mean really, who cares?

Certainly not a deal breaker and I'm splitting hairs here (I know) but everything else looks great! I've seen 360 pics and ALL angles of this model look right.

Overall, a very nice model. I haven't purchase any resin 1/18 yet but with this new release and the previous 1957 Imperial...BOS is making it more tempting than ever.

Agreed. I'd rather see this as a full function diecast instead of resin but it is what it is.

Thank you Chris

I see what you mean.
What about the vent window? There isn't one on the model. I think vent windows were optional on Chryslers starting from 1971, but I'm not quite sure about that.

Yes, as far as I know...that is correct. Vent windows were options. If I buy this, I'll add one.

Couldn't agree more Mike. This model came out of nowhere. I had no idea.

It is incredible in person.

The green top is more correct in color than the pic. The model does not feature the optional vent windows, but optional vent windows on the real car stipulate the aft positioning of the outside rear view mirrors. They are correctly placed. The hood ornament is incredibly fragile photo etched metal and the box includes a spare. Just be careful unpacking the model. I am mightily impressed with the BoS 1/18 American cars. No fiddly opening bits or pieces to cause gaps or misalignments. I highly recommend the 1957 Imperial, 1975 Imperial, and 1982 Cadillac Fleetwood.
