Beautifil pics of a terrific car, Allan!
I remember as a kid getting that car mixed up with the 66 Fords..
Now, of course, one can see some similarity.. but, also, quite a bit of difference.

Those were actually nicely designed cars, it is good to see them slowly finding a place in history.

I agree Paul. Good-looking cars (as shown in Allan's fine picture) and one I'd love to see in 1/18th (along with a number of other AMC cars)

Allan, I had a 1968 Ambassador station wagon and thought it was a beautiful design.
We took a trip up to Prince Edward Island, Canada and it performed beautifully.
I thought they were as good as anything else in their class at the time.
