I'm in!

I've been waiting a long time for this one - I will look so cool on display with the Ferrari 250 GTO and the Daytona Coupe.

I'm going for the Briggs Cunningham car.........

I'm a sucker for that color combo and also Briggs Cunningham was an amazing guy who campaigned some great cars during his career. He was really the American face of road racing in Europe in the 1950's.

A very good choice and agree with you about Briggs Cunningham, if only we could have this in 1:18

The Cunningham R4C 1:1 is on display at the Simeone

Foundation Museum in Philadelphia. I've seen it up close and heard it run. An awesome race car powered by a Chrysler Hemi. If anyone is every in the Philadelphia area and is a fan of sports car racing this is a place you have to see. Paragon makes a nice model and I'd definitely go for a Cunningham for my collection.

It's well worth the $12.00 admission fee. If you can time your visit with one of the museums "Demo Days" (just go to their website) you'll be able to see three or four of the vehicles they have on display taken outside for up close photos and than they get driven around. Dr. Simeone gives a short talk about each one then he and the museum curator usually take the vehicles around the parking lot. It really is pretty neat and I don't know of any other car museums that do that.
